Meet Anne
After nearly 40 years navigating the demanding landscape of corporate life, Anne Le Blanc made the decision to step away from the 9-to-5 (well let's face it it, was never just 9 to 5!) and fully immerse herself in art, literature and entrepreneurship. Working from her tiny studio in Hampton, Melbourne, she creates richly textured acrylic paintings and freestanding ArtSpire sculptures — each one an original, one-of-a-kind piece built through a slow, hands-on process of layering, pulling and revealing colour.
Whilst Anne is passionate about painting she has also written her debut novel, The Paintings Keeper, which weaves her storytelling voice together with her love of art. Head to the 'The Book' page above to learn more.

She hopes her colourful creations bring joy when they are gazed upon in your home.
Overtime, Anne would like to become a full time artist but for now she balances this with being a coFounder of Olive + Crate.
Always in My DNA
Long before the little studio in Hampton, there was a little girl with clay under her fingernails and paint on her school uniform. These two ceramic pieces and this small painting were made almost fifty years ago, in primary school — and somehow, through every house move and every chapter since, they never got left behind.
I kept them not because they were good, but because they were true. Looking back now, I can see it clearly: this was never a career change. It was always there, quietly waiting for me to come back to it.
Art has been in my DNA since I was old enough to hold a paintbrush. Everything I make today is just that same little girl, all grown up.

Where are you located?
We are located in Hampton, Melbourne, Australia.
Where do you ship from? How long does it take?
We ship from Hampton Australia and domestic city usually takes 3-4 days, whilst regional 5-6 days. For international please allow an additional time.
Can I change my shipping address?
We have a strict 24 hour window to change your shipping address. After 24 hours no changes will be made and we will ship to the address provided at checkout.
Can I return my artwork?
Unfortunately no, art is a very personal choice and costly to ship. If you are able to make it to my studio you are welcome to arrange an appointment for a viewing to make an alternative choice.
My artwork was damaged on arrival, what do I do?
All shipped items are packaged to avoid this but sometimes accidents happen. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery and describe the issue and send photographs of the damage so we can help.
Can you ship de-framed?
Yes, we can de-frame any art work and ship in a cylinder tube. You will need to arrange framing and stretching at your own cost.
How do you ship for International and Large format?
All international destinations and for domestic large format canvases will receive their artwork de-framed in a Art Tube (cylinder).
Are framing options available?
Yes they are. We have flat rates for small, medium and large. We only frame in Oak and floating frames. If you would like your painting framed then please contact me. Please note: that adding a frame adds significant weight to shipping and therefore cost. Additionally delivery times are increased significantly. The framer will advise an expected timeframe.
What medium do you use?
Primarily, Anne uses acrylic and occasionally colour powders sourced from Roussillon Provence France.
Do you do commissions?
Yes I do. Through a consultative process we find your ideal colour palette and agree size, price and timeframe. Once confirmed a 30% deposit is required before the work commences. A progress payment of 40% is required about 1/2 through the process and then prior to collection the final 30% plus any shipping is completed. Then collection or shipping will be arranged.
Do you do larger sizes?
Typically I work with sizes that are under 100cm x 100cm, anything over that would be considered a commission.
