Processing Time

Every piece is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, carefully packed by hand. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched after purchase.

Shipping Rates & Packaging

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and type of artwork you order, so you'll always see the correct rate before you pay. Rates and packaging methods by artwork group:

If your order includes pieces from more than one group (for example, an Art Spire and a painting), your order may arrive in more than one parcel, each charged at its own rate shown at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Melbourne area. Select "Pickup" at checkout and I'll be in touch to arrange a time and location.

International Orders

Larger canvas works are removed from their frame and shipped rolled in a rigid mailing tube when sent internationally, ready for stretching and framing at your preferred local framer. Our large-format statement pieces (92×120cm) always ship this way, even within Australia, due to their size.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their own country. These are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or your local customs authority on delivery.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

All artworks are packed with the utmost care. If your delivery arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy for how to submit a claim, including photographing the packaging before you open it.

One-of-a-Kind Artwork

Every piece on this site is an original — once sold, that specific artwork is no longer available. We recommend acting quickly if a piece speaks to you!
