Ownership & Copyright — Purchasing a physical artwork transfers ownership of that individual piece only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or any other intellectual property rights, which remain the exclusive property of the artist unless expressly assigned in a separate signed written agreement.

Prohibited Use — No artwork, photograph, or description on this site may be copied, reproduced, scanned, printed, distributed, or used to create derivative works — including as reference material or training data for artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems — for any commercial or promotional purpose, without the artist's express prior written permission.

Brand & Trademark — The Le Blanc Studio name, logo, and branding are likewise protected and may not be used without permission.

Enforcement — Unauthorised use of any artwork, image, or content from this site may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
