FAQs
Where are you located?
We are located in Hampton, Melbourne, Australia.
What medium do you use?
Primarily, Anne used acrylic and occasionally colour powders sourced from Roussillon Provence France
Can I return my artwork?
Unfortunately no, art is a very personal thing and costly to ship. If you are able to make it to my studio you are welcome to arrange an appointment for a viewing.
My artwork was damaged on arrival, what do I do?
All shipped items are packaged to avoid this but sometimes accidents happen. Please reach out to us with 24 hours of delivery and describe the issue and send photographs of the damage so we can help.
What are your shipping terms?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and type of artwork. Art Spires are boxed securely and ship as-is (no framing). Framed paintings ship ready to hang within Australia; for international orders they're removed from their frame and shipped rolled in a rigid mailing tube, ready for stretching and framing at your preferred framer. Our large-format pieces always ship unframed and rolled in a tube, regardless of destination, due to their size. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Are framing options available?
Yes they are. We will engage a local preferred framer to complete the project. You should allow at least 3 weeks for this process. Any additional time based on the framers schedule will be communicated. The selected timber will be Tasmanian Oak or American Oak 5 cm floating frame. Please note: that adding a frame adds significant weight to shipping and therefore cost.
Do you do commissions?
Yes I do. Through a consultative process we find your ideal colour palette and agree size, price and timeframe. Once confirmed at 50% deposit is required before the work commences. The final payment (50%) is made prior to shipping or collection.
Do you do larger size?
Typically I work with sizes that are under 100cm x 100cm, anything over that would be considered a commission.
